General Birthday Party Information

• All birthday/group parties must complete a birthday/group party form
• Bookings will be done by email info@elpasohockey.org or by phone at 915 479-7825
• Special invitations will be sent to the birthday/group party coordinator. These invitations are given to all people invited to the party
• Birthday/group parties enter at a separate birthday/group party line at the skate rental area away from the general public line
• Birthday/group parties are allowed to enter the Event Center 1/2 hour before opening time to receive their skates and get escorted to their party room
• A party host will be assigned to your party. The host is there for anything you may need or to answer any questions you might have. Hosts can also teach skating
• We only charge for skaters. Spectators are always free
• Price breakdown: 1 - 10 skaters - $ 7.00/person.......11 - 20 skaters - $6.00/person........21+ - $5.00/person
• All major credit cards accepted
• Party rooms available for $25.00/room
• Party rooms have a separate entrance on and off the ice and are away from the general public. Tables and chairs are supplied in the party rooms. If more tables or chairs are needed, notify a staff member and they will help you. Party rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Rooms are 12 feet x 30 feet and have 4 power outlets for your convenience
• Party coordinators may decorate their room. Please make prior arrangements by email or phone
• Food and beverages are welcome, however if you wish to order pizza, only Dominos Pizza is allowed and if you are bringing soda, only Pepsi products are allowed
• Birthday/group parties take place during public sessions. See public skating schedule for times
• If you wish to extend your birthday/group party to two sessions, the second session is half price. If you wish to book both sessions, it must be done 24 hours prior to the party
